This unbundled option allows you to  engage our recruiters as an extension of your own in house team.  Our recruiters will actively recruit (cold call) prospective candidates and market your opportunity.  There are no per candidate placement fees.  You simply pay by the hour for the recruiter's time, no matter how many individuals you hire.  All resumes, candidate information and market intelligence will be delivered to your team in the format that you specify.  Data can even be entered directly into your ATS.

Contingency Search Services
